I know we don't have a vaccine yet. But some of us probably have already had COVID19. And Singapore came up with a test that can tell if a person HAD it in the past year, (rather than HAS it now, like our test)

Can Dr. Fauci confirm that having it already would be like being vacvinated? If so, we could get tested by the Singapore test, and go back to work with confidence if it confirms prior exposure.
