About college closures (as opposed to grade school closures): The college dorm or housing is the effective home of college students. I know it is a tough call, but I think pushing them back to their parents is probably going to result in more transmission, as bored young adults will be more out and about than grade school children. In their dorms they will be more likely to interact with fellow young adults (supposedly low risk for hospitalization) instead of elderly relatives. From their dorms they visit high risk people once every 3 months, instead of every day. You can still protect faculty by either going online, or scrapping office hours. Plus it would be a good low risk way to get started on "herd immunity".
