Why now? Anybody with half a brain, and a modicum of resistance to having sunshine blown up his ass by "experts" could have predicted this. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/7/20-0885_article Sounds to me like airflow management was such a successful idea that they had to drag out another area of their complacency and incompetence. Extreme Conclusions: 1) Hospitals are where you go to get infected and die. 2) Stay at home when you get sick, refuse to report it, and shoot any medical personnel who show up at your door. You are dead anyway. Saner Conclusions: 1) implement the airflow management. 2) reduce risk by regular viricide cleaning. 3) In the real world things are not as bad as this study would imply. Why? Note the testing does not check for live virus, only the presence of substantial bits and pieces of it. 4) the absolute wrong thing to do when there is an "infectious" disease is to take people to a hospital. The spectacular success of USA style mitigation says the right thing to do is keep the patient at home, and bring treatment knowledge and medical resources to his/her family/home. This will kill the medical monopoly, but so be it.
