Dear President Trump: Given what the data looks like, I think it is possible to speed up the return to normalcy with additions to the guidelines that go like this:- 1) Any person who is "CoVID19 resistant" (CR) should be exempt from social distancing when meeting another CR person. 2) CR type 1 includes any person who has antibodies to CoV-SARS-19 3) CR type 2 includes any person who is under 35, and does not live with a person who is not CR. [We want these people to get CoVid-19, and turn into CR type 1, adding to the "herd immunity" pool.] 4) Before a CR type 2 person visits / lives with a non-CR person they must go through a 14 day quarantine and not be shedding virus. This of course presumes a reliable antibody test. The age limit and quarantine period should be tweaked for local data.
